This is our second trip with Hammer Down Excursions
We went fishing on the snake river on April 6th, with Homer as our fishing guide.
We took our son and 4 year old grandson along and we all caught many small mouth bass.  Homer’s knowledge of fishing and the area is extensive and he was able to answer a multitude of questions about fishing and the river. We stopped for a break at Kirkwood historic ranch, where there was an old museum. It was interesting and was a great addition to the day.
My wife caught a 20 inch long, small mouth bass and she has been talking about it ever since!

What can you say. WOW!  this trip was so exciting. Don't fear about rapids, Homer was fantastic, funny, engaging and full of laughs. We spotted all the animals (deer, elk, bald eagle, big horn mountain goats) worth the trip. the lunch provided was so tasty. Loved all the stories about the area.
